PRACTICAL INFORMATION
– Choice of Price: For safety reasons, each route has mandatory requirements in terms of size (the age is given as an indication to facilitate your online reservation).
– Visitors or accompanying adults on the ground: people who remain on the ground (without equipment or who do not participate in any activity) do not pay. No reservation needed. However, please report yourself to the staff.
– Reservation and payment of entries: each participant must reserve and pay for a ticket according to their size. The Pitchoun courses are reserved for young children; other participants are strictly prohibited from riding them. Warning: don’t forget the gloves!!!
– Do you need to reserve? : Depending on the tourist periods, it is strongly recommended to book your ticket directly via the online ticket office so that your equipment is put aside (be careful to respect your arrival time). Show up with your reservation directly at the Adrénature park equipment terrace. This will help you avoid queuing at the checkout. Warning: don’t forget the gloves!!!

Formula for 6 children minimum, up to 12 years old maximum.
Gloves not provided
Included in each formula:
• Reserved table in the park
• The drink = 3 bottles of 1.5l (Breizh Cola, Icetea, Oasis), the cups are not included in the formula.
• Candies = 1 jar of assorted candies.
Course of the activity:
• Mandatory presence of an adult on the ground or in the trees
• We equip, explain and check the autonomy of the children, we monitor people in the trees from the ground, we do not supervise the groups.
• Allow at least 3h30 on site

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: ANNIVERSARY PACKAGE
If you are less than 6 people on the big day, what should you do?
Birthday packages are available from 6 people. If you are less on the big day, you have the choice:
• To keep the anniversary formula and benefit from the advantages of the formula but the price will remain unchanged.
• You take classic park entrances. In this case, the advantages of the anniversary package are no longer available.
On D-Day, if the numbers are lower than those reserved, what should you do?
• If the number of guests is still greater than or equal to 6, the additional people will be removed from the reservation (up to 20% of the workforce, see the general conditions of sale)
• If the number of guests is less than 6, then the price of the formula for 6 people will remain unchanged. If you opted for a package with a snack, the entire package will be billed on the day.
What to do in case of rain?
• The activity remains practicable in the event of rain (unless decided otherwise) in this case you will be notified in advance or you decide to postpone, or we will refund you.
• If it rains on the big day, we will do everything we can to offer you a covered space.
• You can consult our postponement and cancellation terms in our conditions
general sales.
If the adult or child (from 13 years old) wants to accompany the children in the trees?
They will benefit from the group rate within the limit of 2 adults per birthday package, i.e. €22/person without snack.
The children are of different ages, what should I do?
You must choose the pack according to the age of the birthday child. If certain guests are older (+ 12 years), they are not included in the package but will be able to benefit from the adult birthday rate. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us, we will see it with you.
How to deal with gloves which are mandatory?
Either you bring gloves, otherwise you will be charged €2/pair for them.
